Derfor har vores ingeni\u00f8rer udviklet et nyt tilbeh\u00f8r med et GPS RTK-styresystem, der tillader <b>klipning med uovertruffen pr\u00e6cision<\/b>: n\u00f8jagtig til n\u00e6rmeste centimeter!<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p1\">Hvad er RTK-teknologi?<\/h2>\n<p class=\"p1\">Forkortelse af <b><i>Real Time Kinematic<\/i><\/b>, denne teknologi fungerer ved at opfange b\u00f8lger,<br clear='none'\/>\nder b\u00e6rer visse signaler:<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li2\"><span class=\"s2\">GPS (Globalt positioneringssystem fra USA)<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\"><span class=\"s2\">GLONASS (det globale navigationssatellitsystem fra Sovjetunionen)<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\"><span class=\"s2\">og Galileo (det globale navigationssatellitsystem fra EU)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\">Disse signaler korrigeres derefter i realtid af en referencestation, <b>hvilket resulterer i klipning med centimeters n\u00f8jagtighed<\/b>!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-12363\" src=\"https:\/\/www.belrobotics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/Capture.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"498\" height=\"352\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.belrobotics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/Capture.jpg 498w, https:\/\/www.belrobotics.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/Capture-300x212.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 498px) 100vw, 498px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p1\">RTK-teknologi til robotpl\u00e6neklippere: feedback<\/h2>\n<p class=\"p1\">Mange kunder g\u00f8r allerede brug af denne nye <b>GPS-klippeteknologi<\/b> og er yderst positive over det. Dette er ogs\u00e5 tilf\u00e6ldet for det belgiske fodboldcenter i Tubize, som forener flere fodboldbaner, der bruges til at tr\u00e6ne Red Devils samt unge hold. Ikke overraskende skal gr\u00e6sset klippes perfekt til en kamp p\u00e5 professionelt niveau. Det betyder et intenst arbejde for opsynsm\u00e6ndene, der skal garantere, at banerne altid er brugbare, og som derfor skal klare klippeplanl\u00e6gningen rigtig godt. De har i et tidligere interview allerede delt deres erfaringer med vores robotpl\u00e6neklippere til fodboldbaner og deres fordele. Vi greb lejligheden til ogs\u00e5 at fort\u00e6lle om deres syn p\u00e5 denne nye teknologi.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">For ikke at stoppe ved en enkelt udtalelse gav vi ogs\u00e5 ordet til Gaetan Gervy, som arbejder hos Keymolen, en virksomhed, der s\u00e6lger landbrugsmaskiner og udstyr i Rebecq. De har en grund p\u00e5 9.000 m\u00b2 og er derfor meget interesserede i vores robotklippere til store overflader.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p1\">GPS robotpl\u00e6neklippere til et accelereret snit<\/h2>\n<p class=\"p1\">Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Veraghaenne, direkt\u00f8r for driften af \u200b\u200bdet belgiske fodboldcenter i Tubize, forklarer blandt andet, at en af \u200b\u200bfordelene ved dette RTK-system er at fremskynde klipningen af \u200b\u200boverfladen ved at undg\u00e5 flere genneml\u00f8b p\u00e5 samme sted under den samme klipning.<br clear='none'\/>\nFor et center, hvis omr\u00e5der har en h\u00f8j bel\u00e6gningsgrad, kan tidsstyring v\u00e6re kompliceret, og tidsbesparelse er bestemt en fordel.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">For virksomheden Keymolen er denne fordel endnu mere indlysende. En standard robotpl\u00e6neklipper uden RKT-teknologi ville have brug for helt op til 5 dage til at klippe deres omr\u00e5de. Ved at installere denne teknologi p\u00e5 en Bigmow kan denne tid reduceres til tre 2-timers genneml\u00f8b. Omr\u00e5det skal deles op for at tillade pl\u00e6neklipperen at genoplade, men tidsbesparelsen er imponerende.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Denne fordel vedr\u00f8rer ikke kun klippetiden, men ogs\u00e5 modellernes klippepotentiale.<br clear='none'\/>\nFaktisk kan en mindre pl\u00e6neklipper nu klippe en st\u00f8rre overflade, da den taber mindre tid. Slid p\u00e5 dele som hjul eller lejer mindskes ogs\u00e5, da pl\u00e6neklipperen kun klipper meget specifikke zoner.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p1\">GPS-robotpl\u00e6neklippere til p\u00e6nt klippet gr\u00e6s<\/h2>\n<p class=\"p1\">Med deres endnu mere udviklede styresystem kan pl\u00e6neklipperne nu ogs\u00e5 klippe overfladen i lige linjer. Brugeren kan i \u00f8jeblikket v\u00e6lge mellem 8 forskellige konfigurationer. Med en s\u00e5dan konfiguration drejer robotten sig desuden ikke l\u00e6ngere v\u00e6k, hvis den kommer op til en zone med h\u00f8jere gr\u00e6s, da dette ikke l\u00e6ngere udg\u00f8r en forhindring. Faktisk beh\u00f8ver vedligeholdelsespersonalet ikke l\u00e6ngere at flytte pl\u00e6neklipperen, og programmet g\u00f8r det muligt at f\u00f8lge med p\u00e5 afstand og klarg\u00f8re linjen til den n\u00e6ste overflade. Som vi allerede har n\u00e6vnt, er disse linjer optimerbare og modificerbare. For det belgiske fodboldcenter, som har flere omr\u00e5der, er denne ledelse nu meget forenklet.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p1\">En GPS, der kan installeres p\u00e5 din Connected Line-model<\/h2>\n<p class=\"p1\">Endelig kan GPS RTK-teknologien installeres p\u00e5 alle vores modeller i Connected Line-serien. Der er tilf\u00f8jet en antenne til robotpl\u00e6neklipperen og til omr\u00e5det, der skal klippes. Et ekstra modul er tilsluttet computeren. Takket v\u00e6re disse elementer kan den n\u00f8jagtige position af pl\u00e6neklipperen bestemmes, og den kan lettere klippe i lige linjer.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Systemet fungerer i \u00f8jeblikket ved hj\u00e6lp af et Wi-Fi-signal, der kan d\u00e6kke en arbejdsradius p\u00e5 op til 250-300 meter. Det er ogs\u00e5 muligt at bruge forst\u00e6rkere til at udvide denne zone.
