H\u00e5ndtering og reduktion af<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><b> CO<\/b><\/span><span class=\"s3\"><b><sub>2<\/sub><\/b><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><b>-emissioner<\/b><\/span><span class=\"s1\">f\u00e5r ogs\u00e5 afg\u00f8rende betydning i en verden, hvor flyrejser n\u00e6ppe kan beskyldes for at have det bedste omd\u00f8mme.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">Alle ovenst\u00e5ende punkter er naturligvis yderst vigtige, men de kan ikke camouflere vigtigheden af \u200b\u200bomkostningsstyring. Alle disse realiteter tilsammen argumenterer for brugen af <\/span><span class=\"s2\"><b>\u200b\u200bautomatiske pl\u00e6neklippere<\/b><\/span><span class=\"s1\">, da de tillader positiv h\u00e5ndtering p\u00e5 hvert af disse punkter.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">Visse lufthavne, s\u00e5som Sola i Norge, bruger i \u00f8jeblikket hele 26 Belrobotics-robotter d\u00f8gnet rundt. Men indtil videre er der ingen pr\u00e6cise eller objektive unders\u00f8gelser tilg\u00e6ngelige. I begyndelsen af \u200b\u200baugust 2021 offentliggjorde Purdue University en unders\u00f8gelse om virkningen af \u200b\u200bautomatiske robotpl\u00e6neklippere p\u00e5 det b\u00e6redygtige aspekt af en lufthavn. Dette universitet har en lufthavn (KLAF), der udgjorde grundlaget for en unders\u00f8gelse udf\u00f8rt ved hj\u00e6lp af en Echorobotics-robot. Automatisering tillader ganske vist at fjerne nogle risici for personalet (klipning i kritiske zoner), men p\u00e5 den anden side skal det naturligvis kontrolleres for at sikre, at det ikke i sig selv udg\u00f8r en risiko<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">I forbindelse med robotpl\u00e6neklipperen valgte Purdue University Airport visse specifikke zoner for at garantere maksimal sikkerhed, men var <\/span><span class=\"s2\"><b>tilfreds med sikkerhedsprocedurerne i forbindelse med pl\u00e6neklipperen<\/b><\/span><span class=\"s1\">:<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s2\">Perimeterledningen, der forhindrer pl\u00e6neklipperen i at k\u00f8re udenfor den foruddefinerede zone. Str\u00f8mforsyningen til pl\u00e6neklipperen afbrydes uden for zonen.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s2\">Den interne software forhindrer pl\u00e6neklipperen i at blive aktiveret uden for dens zone (og mindsker dermed interessen for at stj\u00e6le robotpl\u00e6neklipperen).<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s2\">Pl\u00e6neklipperens n\u00e6rhedssensorer forhindrer risikoen for kollision med en genstand eller med en person.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s2\">Applikationen tillader fjernsporing af pl\u00e6neklipperens status og afsendelse af et bestemt antal kommandoer.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">For at garantere stort set ingen risiko har de ogs\u00e5 et integreret tv\u00e6rg\u00e5ende fysisk barrieresystem.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">En af begyndervanskelighederne lod til at v\u00e6re antallet af alarmer under de f\u00f8rste tests. Alligevel lavede robotpl\u00e6neklipperen med 23 alarmer over 562 timers klipning i den f\u00f8rste test kun 2 alarmer over 1.115 timers klipning i den sidste test efter \u00e6ndringer af overfladen og softwaren. Dette viser vigtigheden af \u200b\u200bkorrekt installation og et vist antal tests.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">F\u00e6rre omkostninger<\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p1\">En af hovedfordelene ved denne unders\u00f8gelse synes at v\u00e6re reduktionen af \u200b\u200bdet n\u00f8dvendige personale og den deraf f\u00f8lgende reduktion af de dermed forbundne omkostninger. Det er naturligvis klart, at der altid vil v\u00e6re behov for personale til at udf\u00f8re inspektion og vedligeholdelse af overfladen, robotter og ladestationen, men disse punkter er sm\u00e5 i forhold til den tid, der kr\u00e6ves til en &#8220;god, gammeldags&#8221; klipning. <span class=\"s1\">-universitetet s\u00f8rgede endda for,<br clear='none'\/>\nat der blev foretaget tests, der sammenlignede med en almindelig klipning.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Et af notaterne omhandlede den tilf\u00e6ldige klipning og de mulige fordele ved en klipning med en GPR RTK-model. Denne mulighed er allerede under udvikling og er nu tilg\u00e6ngelig, hvilket \u00f8ger robottens effektivitet meget mere, da den nu kan klippe i lige linjer.<br clear='none'\/>\nDenne udvikling er bestemt meget vigtigere for en lufthavn. Det skal huskes, at sikkerhedshensyn g\u00f8r brugen af \u200b\u200ben robot vanskelig i visse kritiske zoner. Men som unders\u00f8gelsen fremh\u00e6ver, er det muligt at lukke visse zoner ned i mindre aktive perioder, ofte om natten. Med en RTK-model kan du behandle op til 3 gange mere overflade end med en almindelig model. S\u00e5 du kan d\u00e6kke en meget st\u00f8rre overflade i de stille perioder!<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Reduktion af CO<\/span><span class=\"s2\"><sub>2 <\/sub><\/span><span class=\"s1\">-emissioner<\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"p2\">Br\u00e6ndstofbehovet i de almindelige klippemetoder kan n\u00e6ppe overvurderes.<br clear='none'\/>\nI U.S.A. repr\u00e6senterer de mere end 300 millioner liter br\u00e6ndstof og 5 % af luftforureningen. At v\u00e6lge et 100 % elektrisk alternativ vil muligg\u00f8re reduktion af disse CO<span class=\"s1\"><sub>2<\/sub><\/span>-emissioner og en lufthavns CO2-fodaftryk. Som unders\u00f8gelsen indikerer, ville dette ogs\u00e5 v\u00e6re et synligt tegn p\u00e5 denne indsats.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">S\u00e5 robotpl\u00e6neklippere er meget interessante sm\u00e5 hj\u00e6lpere til de mest komplekse og sikrede omr\u00e5der, lufthavne, industrizoner osv.
